The previous primary owner and founder of Autexis, Philippe Ramseier, will remain a significant stakeholder and continue to serve on the Board of Directors, focusing on strategic market development. Patrick Brazzale, currently managing operations at the software manufacturer mesoneer, will assume the role of CEO. The two companies formed a strategic partnership a year ago.
