What's waiting for you:

Work closely with product managers and clients to translate product and project requirements into UXand UI requirements. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and guidance.
Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
Design wireframes and prototypes, conduct user testing to verify and refine your ideas.
Help with other design tasks, including marketing collaterals, user educational resources, etc.
Contribute to developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple projects.
Maintain and manage the design systems (website, web app, mobile app and branding identity).
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and strive to improve design processes and deliverablescontinuously.
Provide thoughtful design critiques and feedback to fellow team members and contribute to a culture of collaboration and growth.

What you bring:

A bachelor's degree in design (graphics, interaction, visual), electronic media, computer sciences, human resources, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience as a UI developer, UX designer, or similar role.
Experience in user-centered design, design lifecycle and responsive web design.
Knowledge of and experience in UI best practices and methodologies, experience in conceptual user experience design for software products is a plus.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD,Sketch, or similar tools for creating both UX and UI deliverables.
Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Excellent verbal, and written, and presentation skills; must have: good communication skills in English.
Understanding basic front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript) would be advantageous, as it helps facilitate communication with developers.
Being comfortable receiving constructive feedback and critiques, and having your ideas challenged.
Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
