What's waiting for you:

Conducting workshops and advising our customers on the optimal application of data streaming technologies
Solution design and implementation of data streaming solutions based on Apache Kafka
Implementation of solutions with Kafka, Kafka Connect, Change Data Capture (CDC) technologies such as Debezium and stream processing with Apache Flink
Advice on the administration and optimisation of Kafka environments
Support with presales tasks in the area of data streaming

What you bring:

Completed degree in computer science or equivalent
Proven experience in the integration of applications and microservices with Kafka as well as data engineering in common databases
Practical experience with AWS Cloud, container platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes. Additional experience in the field of data analytics and replacement of ETL/ELT with streaming technologies is plus
Certification as Confluent Certified Developer for Apache Kafka or Confluent Certified Administrator for Apache Kafka is an advantage
Reliable, independent and structured way of working with a confident, professional demeanour and pleasure in customer consulting as well as willingness to travel to customers within Switzerland
Must-have: Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
