What's waiting for you:

  • You will be responsible for marketing, including the operational management of all marketing activities in close cooperation with the sales team and general management. Your focus will be on the growth and profitability of our offering, in particular project services and ARR through our SaaS solutions.  
  • Together with the marketing team, you will plan, coordinate and realise all marketing campaigns (cross-channel) for our B2B target group. You will focus in particular on continuous campaign planning with corresponding positioning, creative concept development, communication and visual language.  
  • Together with the marketing team, you will develop our brand in a sales- and customer-oriented manner and ensure that we are present in all relevant channels and marketing measures with a strong, consistent brand message.  
  • You will develop both a marketing forecast and marketing reporting, which will serve as the basis for data-driven marketing measures. This also includes the continuous identification of growth opportunities and the optimisation of marketing activities.  
  • You will lead and develop our marketing team with a lot of inspiration and continuity.

What you bring:

  • Completed studies with a specialisation in marketing, business administration or comparable training
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a comparable position with an impressive B2B marketing track record in software sales (project services and SaaS solutions)
  • Data-driven and structured approach to all marketing investments with a clear focus on ROI
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to make a big impact with a small team
  • Leadership experience including the ability to define the right KPIs and inspire the marketing team to achieve them
  • Must-have: Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
