Geiser supports mesoneer with knowledge and network
Among other things, Roman Geiser was CEO and owner of the communications agency Farner Consulting and is now active as an entrepreneur and board member in various companies. His extensive experience in branding and the positioning of companies will have a decisive influence on the future development of mesoneer.

Matthias Keller secures the majority of shares in Autexis, located in Villmergen. The previous primary owner and founder of Autexis, Philippe Ramseier, will remain a significant stakeholder and continue to serve on the Board of Directors, focusing on strategic market development. mesoneer acquires contactify and announces product launch
The software manufacturer mesoneer acquires the start-up contactify, which specializes in Software-as-a-Service in the Business-to-Business (B2B) sector. With the acquisition, mesoneer expands its portfolio of offerings with two new products in the area of Customer Engagement Software, digital business cards and Digital Sales Rooms. In the process, mesoneer is acquiring the majority of shares and all 10 employees of the start-up, which was founded in 2020 and will remain independent as a company. The founders Lars Sager and David Sager will remain part of the shareholder group with minority stakes and will continue to lead the company as managing directors in the upcoming growth phase. In addition to the expansion of the product range, mesoneer will realize significant synergy effects, for example by allowing contactify to draw on mesoneer's development capacities.
