Autexis Group, in the canton of Aargau, runs a software development division in addition to its core business, the automation of production plants and service companies. Digital Factory Suite is the name of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) that communicates information between management systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and automation. The partnership with Rotzinger Group, a specialist for conveyor and distribution systems in the food industry, has also opened up international markets for Autexis since 2020.
“Now we want to take the next step and establish our software on a standard for factories that allows its global use and distribution via system integrators,” says Chairman of the Board Philippe Ramseier. The goal is to further develop the standard software into a complete solution for food, pharmaceutical, mechanical engineering, and plant construction industries. The software helps companies to further increase their efficiency and quality in processes and thus drive digitization forward.
For this purpose, Autexis establishes a strategic cooperation with the software manufacturer mesoneer AG, based near Zurich. As an expert in end-to-end process automation, mesoneer counts well-known companies from the financial and insurance sectors as well as industrial companies and public administration organizations among its clientele.
Chairman and owner Matthias Keller is pleased to further develop the software of Autexis internationally: “mesoneer ideally complements the existing product development.” Thanks to mesoneer's Scrum teams in Vietnam, Autexis IT AG receives additional know-how and power in terms of software development.
The 48-year-old entrepreneur has also taken a seat on the board of directors of Autexis, where he intends to contribute his expertise in digitalization and strategy development. Keller is confident: “Together, Autexis and mesoneer will take the Digital Factory Suite to the next level.”
