The introduction of the new account world made the acrevis product range more comprehensive and differentiated. Nevertheless, the ordering process should remain intuitive for end customers in self-onboarding as well as for advisors. The central challenge was to design complex product logic, target group assignments, and optional components in such a way that orders are clearly structured, error-free, and easy to configure at any time.
Reusable process component with intelligent product logic
mesoneer collaborated with acrevis to develop a modular process component based on Camunda as a workflow engine and its own front-end framework. The solution maps fixed and optional product components, target group logic, and automatic assignments – supplemented by RPA-supported validations. The component was seamlessly integrated into the existing onboarding and ordering landscape and designed so that it can be reused in various processes in the future. Short iterations, joint workshops, and comprehensive testing resulted in an intuitive, robust, and scalable solution.

The new component was introduced smoothly and immediately accepted by the advisors. Product orders are now more clearly structured, can be processed more quickly, and are significantly less prone to errors. The automated logic reduces manual clarifications, increases efficiency, and creates a noticeable improvement in quality for everyone involved – customers, advisors, and back office staff.
