What’s waiting for you
Ensuring application operation and monitoring systems
Performing application management tasks (including configurations, approving new releases)
2nd and 3rd level support for business customers of the Digital Trust Platform
Analyzing and resolving malfunctions and working closely with developers and specialist departments
Providing pre-sales support (technical advice and questions, feasibility analyses, demos)
Collaborating on customer projects (onboarding new customers, further developing existing solutions and processes)
Providing independent customer advice and close support in the use of our platform solutions
Your skills
Completed degree or further training in business informatics, computer science, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in application support or IT support/operation of software solutions
Good knowledge of API interfaces (REST/JSON) via Postman, SQL/PostgreSQL, and JIRA/Confluence
Experience with cloud environments (e.g., OpenShift) is an advantage
Analytical thinking and structured approach to work
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Ability to work in a team, hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented approach to work
Must-have: Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
