Sicherstellen des Applikationsbetriebs und Monitoring der Systeme
Durchführung von Application Management-Aufgaben (u.a. Konfigurationen, Abnehmen neuer Releases)
2nd und 3rd-Level-Support für die Business-Kunden der Digital Trust Platform
Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern und Fachabteilungen
Unterstützung im Pre-Sales (technische Beratung und Fragestellungen, Machbarkeitsanalysen, Demos)
Mitarbeit in Kundenprojekten (Onboarding neuer Kunden, Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen und Prozesse)
Selbständige Kundenberatung und enge Begleitung bei der Nutzung unserer Plattformlösungen
Your skills
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Support oder IT-Support/Betrieb von Softwarelösungen
Gute Kenntnisse in API-Schnittstellen (REST/JSON) via Postman, SQL / PostgreSQL sowie JIRA / Confluence
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Cloud-Umgebungen (z.B. OpenShift) von Vorteil
Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
Teamfähigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
Must-have: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
