What’s waiting for you
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team at mesoneer, working on our own digital trust platform and its core modules — including Digital Identification, Digital Signature, Onboarding, and Digital Business Cards.
As a Product Designer at mesoneer, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end user experience — from understanding user needs and defining flows to delivering high-fidelity designs and collaborating closely with developers for implementation. You’ll join a cross-functional team of 4 designers, working alongside the product team, development team, and customers to craft intuitive and scalable solutions.
A Glimpse Into Your Day
Sync with Product Owner to review ongoing tasks or proposed solutions.
Work independently on your design tickets or research tasks.

Collaborate with teammates from Switzerland as their day begins.
Afternoon design team catch-up for brainstorming or design review.
Meet with the product team to discuss user data, insights, and next iterations.
Your skills
a. Must Have
5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, ideally in SaaS or platform-based products.
Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Communication Design, or related fields.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process, problem-solving ability, and impactful design outcomes.
Proven experience working on multi-module or multi-platform products (web + mobile).
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with maintaining Design Systems.
Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, usability testing design.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) — able to present ideas and lead discussions confidently.

Experience or interest in digital trust, fintech, or security-related products.
Familiarity with AI tools to streamline design workflow or ideation.
Knowledge of frontend development basics (HTML/CSS/React) for better collaboration
Working with external client projects.
Flexibility to collaborate across multiple workstreams and help other team members when needed — including pre-sale cases, external client projects, or urgent support tasks. (This role is not limited to internal product work only).
