What's waiting for you:

  • You are responsible for the entire invoicing process for our customers and manage all associated tasks. With your eye for detail, you proactively gather information, carry out checks and ensure that our customers always receive accurate and error-free invoices.
  • You bring new ideas to the invoicing process, make it more efficient and make good use of modern technologies to make work more digital and streamlined.
  • Through close contact with the project managers, you know exactly what is going on; you are in direct contact with Accounting and Lead Corporate Services.
  • You are the good soul of our office! You take care of everything relating to our office: reception, telephone, office and consumables (incl. kitchen) and mail. You make sure that nothing is missing and that all mesoneers are well looked after.
  • You support HR (e.g. onboarding new mesoneers) and marketing (e.g. team events and functions) and handle other administrative tasks in the area of corporate services.

What you bring:

  • Completed apprenticeship (EFZ), in the commercial sector
  • 2+ years of professional experience in back office/ secretarial/ administration/ sales support; initial invoicing experience an advantage
  • Organization is your strength - you maintain an overview in every situation and get involved where necessary.
  • You work independently, proactively and are not afraid to take on responsibility.
  • Team play is a must for you; your communicative and friendly manner brings positive energy to the team.
  • Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook are familiar territory for you - you know how to use them efficiently.
  • Must-have: Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
